The Chamber Board meetings are held at 10:00 a.m. the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at the MW Community Center. Meeting dates are subject to change due to Board member schedule conflicts or lack of quorum.

Board elections take place at the annual Chamber dinner and meeting held the first week of October.  Officer positions are elected at the first Board meeting following the annual dinner meeting.   Officer terms are one year, and are elected at the first Board meeting following the annual meeting in October.
