Property is bordered by state land for your privacy. Cabin features a wet boathouse with a 16-foot boat inside for your use (15hp motor available for rent). Docking includes a covered wet boat slip. Paddleboat also available for guest use. Grills, campfire pit, window unit a/c,  linens/towels provided, fish cleaning house and fish freezer. Cabin is located off of Hwy. 51 on Birch Hill Road and is close to everything.
