Manitowish Waters Chamber Of Commerce

The purpose of the Manito Art League is to promote the visual, creative and performing arts by means of instruction, demonstrations, exhibits and financial scholarships.

Meetings held the first Wednesday of each month, May - October, 9 a.m. at the Manitowish Waters Community Center.  Workshops held at the M.W. Community Center, 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  May workshop is held May 11, 2011.  June through October workshops held the first Wednesday of each month.  Topics to be announced.  Open to the public for a $10 fee.

July 14-17, 2011:  46^th Annual Manito Art League Art Show -- Fine art show open to the public with all items for sale.  Free admission.  On-site artist demonstrations. People’s Choice voting.  Held at the Manitowish Waters Community Center.  July 14 & 15, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. with evening live music & refreshments.  July 16, 10 a.m. – 5 pm; July 17, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
