The Northwoods Wildlife Center in Minocqua (located at the Hwy. 70 West and Blumenstein Road stoplights, across from Trig's 70 West Center) is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for injured and ophaned wild animals. Our goal is to treat these animals and return them to the wild. Our success rate is consistently higher than the national average. If you find wild animals in need of help, call us.
Our education staff offers on-site and outreach programming. Guided tours featuring birds of prey at a working wildlife hospital. Tours each half-hour by donation. For program schedules and up-to-date happenings, visit our website or call.
