The Chamber operates on an Oct. 1 – Sept. 30 fiscal year, and while membership is welcome at any time throughout the year we encourage folks to join before Nov. 1 to be included in the annual visitor guide (35,000 copies with an exclusive Chamber-member directory and opportunity for ad placement).
The Chamber Board and staff diligently strive to put forth enthusiastic energy to ensure membership growth and positive promotion of the area – year ‘round. The more members and volunteers, the more we can do for the organization, community, and folks who come to enjoy the Manitowish Waters area!

As you read the detailed letter (linked below) outlining the many ways in which the Chamber promotes the area (ultimately putting its membership before vast number of inquirers and driving them to the Northwoods),

averages $300 annually --- that’s just $25 per month!
